SECTION 5 - INSTALLATION AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) The Lighting Depot strongly recommends that all hard-wired lighting fixtures be installed by a licensed, professional electrician.

  • Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, fire, or other damages resulting from the incorrect installation, modification, or misuse of our products.

  • Compliance: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased comply with their local building codes and regulations before installation.

  • Alterations: Any alteration to the fixture (cutting wires, painting, modifying sockets) voids all warranties and return eligibility.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
